Welcome To The Bear Den!
Happy Fall Ya'll! We decided one of the best ways to keep our stitching friends updated on what's going on in the Bear Den was to start our very own blog...so here we go! We have lots of new and exciting things in the works for the holidays so please check back often or better yet why not sign up to receive our blog by email? (Don't worry - we will keep your email address to ourselves!) That way you will never miss a thing!
We have a "Stitch-It-Quick" Halloween design that is available now called BOO HOO? that can be done in less than a weekend. It has a great little button pack available from Just Another Button Company (#9642) to finish it off. If you don't have time to finish it for this year, then hey, you have a big head start for next year!
Our very 1st contest is currently taking place on our Facebook Page! The first 30 "LIKES" we receive are going to be entered into a drawing and 1 lucky friend is going to receive a Stitching Bear chart plus the embellishments of their choice! Why not become a "FRIEND" of The Stitching Bear today? Of course, we will be having more contests as time goes on including one for the upcoming holidays so please keep checking. We will be doing a couple new series for 2013 so there will be a little project or two to complete every month if you'd like. Our "Calendar Bears" series will be you guessed it! A month to month project that includes our bear friends. Watch for the first in the series - "Beary January" to debut in December. Our second series will be "Christmas All Year Long 2013". We thought it would be fun to keep the holiday spirit alive and well all through the year so a new decorative ornament will be released each month. You can stitch them separately as ornament or put them together to create your own masterpiece...either way, we are sure you will enjoy these new up and coming series from our designer, Deb Jochim. We are stitching into high gear for the holidays now and will have a new project ready for release later this month called "It's Christmas Time!"
Until then...here is wishing you all days filled with Bear Happy Stitching!
